Default eBay Fender Flares

Question to the masses, has anyone bought fender flares, smooth unpainted from eBay and had them painted and fit to their 2013 RAM 1500 cheap (less than $150)? If so, do they fit well?

I know Mopar Accesories has the mineral gray ones but they are textured and more costly. I could persue the Laramie smooth ones but I am sure they are approx twice the cost.

I have eBay flares, but they arent painted. Fit was pretty good- although they required sheetmetal screws instead of just clips. And the top portion is held on with 3M tape.

Justin146 why couldn't you have used the existing fender holes? I saw there were no holes in the flares.

Watch out for pernicious rust formation on fender screw holes.

I had to drill holes in the flares and in the fender lip.

I live in MS, no rust issues here. And I'll only have this truck 75k miles.
