Default Headlight/fog light problems

I have been having problems with my headlight on the passenger side going out randomly. The bulbs are still good and the blinkers and amber lights still work just not the high and low beam. If I pull the light assembly out it starts working. Any ideas? As for the fogs I have been through at least 6 sets in the 1 1/2 years I've owned the truck
