Default Utility Bed Rails (tracks)

I just purchased MOPAR pickup bed utility rails (tracks). The installation instructions included diagrams for installing with a removable bed liner. I have a spray in bed liner. Does anyone know how to install these?

I plan on ordering the same thing for a truck w/o Rambox. I read the instructions already. Just follow the directions, and omit the parts about the bedliner. It should be even easier, because you don't have to cut out the holes in the bedliner. Mark and drill where they say, and you'll be all set.
