Default Auto locks

My doors lock automatically when I start my truck. This is a pain. Locked my dogs in the other day with the truck running and don't want to do that again. Can't find anything in the manual on how to disable this. Anyone know how? Thanks.

Is that a new feature on the 4th gen Rams? That's one I haven't heard of and never noticed. I have driven some 4th gen's as rentals and I don't recall that happening. I'm not denying it happened or happens, I've just never seen it. My 3rd gen Ram won't let me lock the doors if the key is in the ignition. And they only lock when I get up to about 15 mph. Take care of them pups!

Do you mean when you remote start it? Otherwise I've never heard of that happening.

mine only locks when I hit like 15mph? do you have a center display in your dash? there are some lock and other options there but not sure I have seen one for locking as soon as it starts?

I know, it's weird. I can turn the auto locks off when you hit 15mph but can't find anything about when it starts. Never heard of it before. And this is my 3rd Ram.
