I found grommets from Home Depot that fit schedule 40 PVC pipe and drilled a hole slightly smaller than the sensor then filed to fit.
BTW, I made my CAI out of schedule 40 PVC, welded all the seams and wrapped it with heat shield tape from Thermotec.
