Post HELPPPPPP lol

hey guys i need a little help here i have a 2004 2wd with the hemi and i bought the truck in april 2013 when i got it everything was good 3 days after i got it the transmission went out so i got another one out of a buddies truck he had wrecked it has around 73k miles on it and i have put around 80 miles on it and all of a sudden as soon as the transmission goes shifts into overdrive it kicks it right back out and wont go back in i was told its more than likely the speed sensor that it sounded like it may be bad so its putting it in safe mode so i went and replaced the speed sensor drove the truck a few miles and back home and everything was good i then jumped on the interstate and drove like 10 miles and went to a bday party everything was still fine about 2 hrs later get on the interstate going home and as soon as it hit od it started kicking out again any suggestions i mean maybe a got a faulty sensor or what

Is the CEL on? How about the fluid level?

i replaced all fluids and filters as well as a new speed sensor 2 days ago and i shifted fine but the next day it is doing it again and it is throwing up po700 876 and 716 so i dont know what to try now i am going to try replacing to speed sensor again today maybe just a faulty sensor so that would take care of 716 but the po876 is showing trans fluid pressure sensor but i am not sure what that is and the po700 is trans control malfunction so i dont know

P0700 is a generic fault, i.e. "something is wrong with your trans"
P0716 Input/Turbine Speed Sens A Circ Range/Perf
P0876 Trans Fluid Press Sens/Switch D Circ Range/Perf

There are a couple of sensors on there, which one(s) did you replace?
