I only use AC if its unbearably hot out. Cruisin with the windows down is awesome.

Apologies to gonefishin, I neglected to think that whole thing through. I'm hearin ya on that one now.

Just have to slow down a tick maybe. LOL

Honestly I agree with ya, it's annoying but it is what it is I guess.

BryBry; Thanks for your comment. I have been thinking about the channel vent visors since it about the only option I have available to alleviate the buffeting.

Just searched and found what I saw decades ago! It is still being made. It is called "Bubble VentGards". I searched the forum and found a guy who bought a set for his Ram and loves them. Here is the link:

Here is how it looks. I don't believe it interfere with viewing the side mirror. I will order it and report how it works on the problem.

I don't know what to say about this thread subject. If your truck didn't have AC in it, then I could see the argument in this. But wow man, really? You must be running out of things to complain about.

I think it's a perfectly valid concern. Some people really like to ride with the windows down. It's annoying when all the pressure builds up in the cab and feels like your ears are going to pop and feels like there is a helicopter in the truck. I guess some people are more sensitive to it than others.

I found it rather annoying as well. Only way for me to solve it is to have all four windows at least cracked.

Yeah I guess your right gonefishin776. I just thought when Skytop, no offense man, said Ram had a serious problem with this, I imagined the worse. As in your remedy to equalize the cab, that's exactly what I've done with every car and truck I've ever owned. And it works!

Yea I feel you. As i said before, it is worse in my Ram than my ford, and other trucks I've been in. But not horrible and easy to remedy as you've said

Also, in my experience, I have never seen a manufacturer actually point out a problem and redefine it as "normal." Not good policy in my opinion.

Last night I read about 500 pages of the large users manual that I had downloaded. I got the distinct impression that it was authored by a team of corporate liability lawyers.
Yes its a valid concern...ive had mine up to 80ish+ and didnt notice it...mebbe i was preoccupied...BUT...see page 51 of the 700 page manual, for an entire paragraph on the subject...MUST I lift it here??? please, my fingers!!! yes, it is obviously happening often enough for them to mention it, claim its "normal" ..."under certain conditions"...and so on...opening windows in a certain way, or the sunroof, etc etc., will "minimize" the effect......it could be the wind over the mirrors, or over the hood cowling, or something or other...but, given the size of the check I wrote, I'm stuck with it...turn up the radio....yell at the ol lady (or she can yell at you and mebbe you wont hear it)...daydream about the one who LIKED ridin with the window down and the 8 track turned up, hand you a cold one in the good ol bad ol days b4 seatbelts, and a/c was for the rich kid who lived up the hill...an every good ol boy wouldnt dream of putting buckets in their pickup, (that was for bait) and wanted to unbolt the shifter...dayumm thang kept gettin in the way......and they had NO back seat...hehehehe........whatever...but is it real...you bet...CHRYSLER says so...so it MUST be true....

Maybe my machinegun ears don't hear very well anymore and is reason why the cabin pressure from wind buffeting does not phase me nowadays. Try sittin in a plane with ear plugs to help with noise and wind buffeting and then the door is opened and you get yelled at to "HOOK UP"! Then you jump out and experience ungodly wind buffeting in winds to 15 knots until you count to 5-thousand and pull! And Yankee? I used to have Tom Jones and Engelbert Humperdinck on 8track bud!
