Default Check Engine Light issues

I have issues with the check engine light keep giving codes there were 7 to begin with, one was p0463 which is Fuel level sensor circuit high input, so I thought the fuel pump might be bad so I changed the pump with new and most of the soft codes went away except one a misfire cylinder , still get the same code hard codes p0463 and P1763 and last year had the transmission and transfer case total rebuild at aamco. The PCM has been changed by previous owner with one from junkyard. Could the PCM be giving false readings is there a way to check the pcm ?
