Here is the break down incase I wasn't clear.
MSRP $50,660
Invoice $46,377
Price $45,400
Dealer fee $899
Total $46,299 - rebates + tax.
So $78 under invoice - rebates + tax.
I'm not including any rebates above, as they didn't know what they would be until the truck comes in. Is that a reasonable price, or am I paying too much? It seemed to be by far the best overall deal I could find between 6 dealers in a 200 mile range.

Like I said, all but one dealer within a few hundred miles had dealer fees ranging from $499-$899. I just added it to the totals of all the deals I looked at to find the best price I could. It wasn't just the ram dealers either. I purchased 3 new cars in the last two years and every dealership from Ford to Audi had them.
