Default Looking for advise

Hello all, I've been lurking around for awhile, and the site has been a huge help in repairing what has became my problem child, a 2005 1500 with a 4.7. I’ll try to keep this short.

Back story- I bought the truck from my company with two blown head gaskets dirt cheap but with 172k of construction worker abuse on the odometer. After replacing head gaskets the vehicle was throwing a p0420 code, I assume the bank 1 cat needs replaced from all of the coolant pushed through it. After the first tank of fuel was ran through it, she began throwing a IAC code, I reset the PCM on Wednesday after checking for vacuum/intake leaks and figured I would dig into it this weekend. Thursday I ran the wife to the store (8 miles round trip), figured I would take the Ram just to see if it would throw the codes again. On the return trip the truck would hardly idle and threw a code (IAC I assumed), half way I noticed the alternator gauge being lower the normal and seconds later the truck died.

I thought it was possibly a bad alternator, so I had my son grab a battery and my scanner and run them down to me. When I plug the scanner in it is showing 16 different codes, and none of the fore mentioned. I try to clear the codes thinking it was just a fluke of some kind, but before even attempting to start the engine the scanner is showing 18 different codes. After getting it home doing a battery cable off for ten minutes and key on to reset it is still showing the 18 codes. I’ve used the scanner (Innova 3130) on my truck and it seems to be working fine.

The codes are:
P0406-EGR
P0403-EGR
P0113-IAT
P0073-AAT
P0032-HOS
P0052-H02S
P0118-Engine Coolant (twice)
P0108-MAP (twice)
P0123-TPS (twice)
P0403-EGR
P0406-EGR
P0113-IAT
P0073-AAT
P0032-H02S
P0052-H02S

Is this a bad PCM? Or? Thanks for any assistants in advance.

That would have been my first suggestion... check for loose wires. But you already fixed it. Excellent news and good job. Welcome to the forum. Looks like you're gonna fit in quite nicely.

Not a dumb question at all. Powertrain Control Module. Basically your trucks computer.
