Default Home made catch can

Not like I'm the first to do this, but thought I'd post some pics. Spent about $35 total, I'm happy...

It's just a Craftsman air/water seperator from sears. Couple fittings, 5/8" hose and a L bracket all from Home Depot. You'll have to bend the L bracket some for ideal fitment, other than that it's pretty simple...

Hmmm interesting! Might have to look into doing that myself. I definitely like the idea of $35 a lot better than $140 for a Moroso one...

Yeah, that's what I was thinking! It's been done before, they work just as good as any of the "real" ones...just google "craftsman catch can" or "Husky catch can"

Just make sure you get the Craftsman one, it has a built in bracket to attach the L bracket where as the Husky one doesn't...

Roger that!

Huh?

Thanks again. I was eye balling the husky one just because it was clear. But I see the Craftsman has a viewing port as well.
