Default 2014 Hemi Engine Noise

Hello all,

I am new to the forum and have a few questions/concerns regarding my 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn truck. Due to engine whine I had to have the engine replaced/rebuilt by the dealer (new small block) at 7000 miles. A observation I have made before and after the rebuilt is loud engine noise at 2500 RPM or higher at higher elevations.
Call me crazy but I live in Phoenix AZ and when traveling to higher elevations 6500'-8500' to go camping the loud engine noise comes back but goes away once back in the phoenix area??? I have taken into the dealer to look at and no problem has been found. The loud noise sounds like high engine rev. (but to the point to annoy you). Any thoughts would be helpful.

We had right side head and lifters replaced at 8,000 miles and the left side replaced at 22,000 miles. On here trying to find similar engine issues. This is the first thread I have read, and I think I am on to something already.

You have a warranty with a new purchase... use it. And when its gone, by another vehicle.
