Default Why can't I play radio with engine off?

U know, turn the key a partial click and have the engine off but just the radio on? Not possible?

Yes it matters! If stock it could be something as easy as a fuse being blown.

Since it is aftermarket, you have to make sure the radio is wired up properly.

Are you turning the key forwards one click or backwards from off? If I remember right from my 05 Dodge it is one click back from off that is the ACC.
