Default Halo light issue

I am hoping that posting this will get some response by someone that has some electrical knowledge. My issue is this. I have a 2013 dodge ram 1500, and had some Recon Halo projector lights installed on Friday. when I started the truck today I noticed that the two rings on the passenger side were on, but very dim. The rings on the driver side were on and bright as they should be. Does anyone have any idea what is causing the rings to be dim?

Are they CCFL or LED halos? I had a set of Anzo headlights with the CCFL that would be very dim or not work at all when it started getting cold before they died completely. The CCFL rings run of an inverter, and if it's not getting proper power/ground or the inverter is overheating it can begin to breakdown.
