I too was a ford guy for many years. I recently took the plunge to Ram and I'm very happy so far. I wanted something new and fresh with modern technology. Ram fits the bill, I love the interior with LED lighting, 8.4 NAV, uconnect, and most of all the 8 speed tranny with that crazy rotary knob. Ford isn't coming out with a new truck till next year (2015) and I got a chance to see it during a group marketing study. It's new but not fresh. They changed a few things and I'm sure it will have the next gen sync, new interior, and a few changes on the outside. Still looks like the current truck thou. The Ram is new to me,never owned one. I'm sure I will buy the next hot thing in trucks when it gets here. Good luck

The RAM is one heck of a truck compared to the other two (at the time of my purchase 4/13) but I am very disappointed with my dealer's service department, they are just terrible.
Interesting that you are having this unfortunate experience with your local Dodge dealer. My experience has been just the opposite with my dealer (Weekley Chrysler Dodge Jeep) located in Butler, Ohio. This dealership has been around since the 1920's and their stellar service department (and sales department, for that matter) is a big reason why I'm considering buying another Dodge product-even though this small town dealershp is a forty minute drive from my home. I'm still considering getting another Ford or Chevy (I am eligible for a GM employee discount via my brother) as I research the various advantages and disadvantages of the three major pickup truck brands but good dealer service counts a lot for me.

Dellen Chrysler Dealer in Greenfield Ind. is by far the worst car dealer In all my years of buying vehicles!!! Never buy nothing from them.

I too as well as many is a die hard Ford fan. I've owned several F150's. I had a 2010 FX4 that I traded for a 2011 FX4 with the 5.0. After 4 months I traded it for a 2011 Ram Sport 4X4, and was a good truck. I currently have a 2012 FX4 with the Ecoboost, and I'm looking at getting another Ram. I love both brands, but the Ram is a bad looking truck, best looking on the highway. I test drove a Laramie yesterday because they didn't have a Sport with the air suspension and Ram has made some big improvements since my 2011. The Laramie leather seats was like sitting in butter, most comfortable seat I've ever sat in. I just hope the sport seats feel the same!
