Default Anyone else have issues installing bull bar?

Bought an Aries Bull Bar, curious if anyone else had any issues with the mounting hardware not being right? I dont have any time this weekend, but I think Ill just drill out the holes a little bigger to make it work. basically I can get the bracket on the bolt where there are no threads, but it wont go passed the threads.

input? I guess my only concern now is will the rest of the bracketry line up correctly? Im on my way to work now so I wont have time untill next weekend to do anything.

Also Ive called and e-mailed Aries, but no one can give me an answer other then "oblong the holes with a drill"

I have an Aries as well. 1 bracket was rather tight getting over those bolts, but a hammer solved that problem. Rest of the installation was a breeze. Biggest time spent for me was making sure where to cut the air dam since I didn't take it off. Lots and lots of measuring.

Actually the only problem I had was the screws for the bracket going into the rear tow hook mount. Didn't have the right screws supplied.

Thanks, I'll try just drilling them out this weekend. Any reason to just cuta slit in thesplash Hadidvd cutting out a could inch square box to give room for play? I see everyone talk about getting the hole exact, want sure why you can't just cuta big box lol

It just looks better with a slit that the bar just fits in to. Having 2 big holes in the air dam just looks bad in my opinion.
