Mine has the air-suspension also, no shimmy at any speed. Is there a certain speed or throttle position that it happens? I know I can feel the MDS when I am at 45 - 65 MPH and very light on the throttle. My Ram vibrates slightly but it is the fact that it is running on 4 cylinders that cause it. I even pointed it out to my Wife once while it was happening and she said she felt it too. If you apply more gas and it stops then that is likely what you are feeling. If that's the case then it is normal. If you apply more gas and it doesn't go away then it is probably a driveline issue and should be fixed.

Is anyone else having this problem? I love my truck and hate to get rid of it. I have since filed a case with Pennsylvania Lemon Law.
I have posted a similar problem with my truck. It is hyper sensitive to any imperfections in the road, even on a smooth road. It is much worse when I oull a trailer with a dune buggy attached. about 2000 pounds. While towing a constant shaking much slower than a tire shake. Gps wants to jump off the dash. I have no cure. Dealer said there was no problem found.

Well at least I know I'm not going crazy. Mine does it but its very minor. It only does it on certain roads at certain speeds. I had the wheels rebalanced and it helped a little. I think that it's the combination of the wheel and tire size. I wonder if any one with 17" wheels has the problem?
I do have the 32 gallon tank.

I do not have a 32 gallon gas tank. This shimmy is constant at the higher speeds. Where can I find a "drive line specialist"? That sounds like a great idea. I'm sure it's in the driveline somewhere. I have 20 inch wheels that are oem. I'll try stepping on the gas to see if that stops it, but Im thinking that's not the issue. I live in hilly country in Pennsylvania where mds will cut in & out frequently. I shimmy is constant. It's more noticeable on smooth roads.

one simple thing you guys may want to try is going to a better tire store. My dealer couldnt get the wheels and tires balanced perfectly either and it had a small wobble/shimmy at speed.

I took it to discount tire and they have state of the art stuff there and asked to put their best guy on it.

he re-balanced everything and it's smooth as glass. Ram had too much weight and not balanced good.

most dealers just aren't good at tire installs and new trucks now a days are picky since they ride so well

it may not be it, but it's cheap thing to try.

Thanks Breathing Borla. I'll give that a try. I'm also going to have the driveline checked, and try the mds test.

you can shut off the mds by locking out in 8th gear. just tap the - sign on the steering wheel until it says 8 on the display, you'll lock out at the top gear so it doesn't change anything but turns off the MDS

Mine is at the dealer for the same thing. They rebalanced due to a shimmy above 60, pretty slight but it was there. I got it back with a shimmy at all speeds above 35, worst at 50, which is what I drive most. I let the dealer have it all week and said I do not want it back until it's shimmy free. Today I was told that one tire had too much roadforce. They said they needed to drive another identical truck before they do anything, and it will be next week before they have a plan. What gives? 1100 miles, there should not be a shake.

I guess next week I will know. I think a new truck should not shake...period. I will let you know how I make out.

Btw, first they tried to blame it on cylinder deactivation.

Think I may have felt the shimmy the other day in my cc sport. First time I've ever felt it in 3500 miles, was on fresh smooth pavement. Normally the roads in Nj are so messed no I wouldn't be able to tell if I ran over a smart car.
