Update. The dealership pickup my truck from my shop today and fix three things under warranty. was told, I have to deal with the tire issue myself. They can do nothing. The manager tried to say that what I was feeling was actually a noise caused be my bed cover. He says the vibration is actually just a droaning type noise while on the highway. Clearly this guy is a Fing moron. That noise is actually the exhaust. I tried to tell him that and he said he would have complained about that. I told him, Good thing it wasn't his truck. I guess I will chalk this up to shitty dealer and corporate customer service. Lesson learned. I will stick with another manufacture in the future

bnorman, if i were you, i would just go to a goodyear tire dealer. in your paper work from purchase you have a good year warranty. if you still have a shimmy after new tires, go back to dealer and ask to see the district rep and take him for a drive. most dealerships would have helped you out with the tires, at least mine would, but the dealer is not obligated to get involved, hence the separate tire warranty.

I noticed mine does not shimmy when temps are at or below freezing.
It was at the dealer last week and they could not reproduce the problem. Guess I will have to wait until it gets warmer...
Any luck with the tire warranty yet?
I was thinking about going that direction also.

While I have not had the shimmy issue (knock on wood!!!), I'm going to toss this out there. While I realize that lots of dealerships may not have done this...but when I picked my truck up I had the nitrogen already installed in the tires, this gives you an extra warranty that you can apply through the dealership to have the tires repaired/replaced at their cost. In other words if your fighting with the dealership regarding your tires and you had the nirtrogen installed in them....ask about that warranty

Just got back from having two of my tires replaced. They both were above the threshold for road force. Goodyear replaced them both no charge. Shimmy is gone. These tires have a bad history of excessive road force problems.

Tom
had that problem with my 11 and probably will with the 13 also, on a trip whit my buddy who had the same truck as me we switched trailers on our way back and with is trailer mine was not shaking but his with my trailer was, it looks like these suspensions like you say transfers all the imperfections to the truck i got my wheels balanced on the trailer and it solved 80 % of the shimmy after hauling my trailer

I went through a local Goodyear dealer. They had just got a new machine (state of the art) and used my truck to train their employees on it. The thresh hold for bad road force is 20. I had one tire at 20 the other above 19.
Most dealers may sell the tires but won't do the warranty work for some reason. I was lucky as I knew the manager of the Goodyear shop. FYI, road force shows a hard spot in the tire.

Finally got this resolved! After only 8 months and 6 visits... I was able to get the dealer to road force the tires and they found both rear tires at .46 and .43.
