Default Intermittent no start

Help. my 2012 1500 5.7 on occasion just clicks on turn of key. Try a few times and then she fires. all my dash lamps on with key. sounds like a start relay or security issue. Any help great.

You could have a bad cell in your battery. Could have a bad connection or a starter that is on it's way out. Wow, could be a lot of things. I would do a load test on the battery first, and rule that out.

Look for a "Halo" misread at switch not recognizing the key. Dealers are tearing their hair out with this. Notice your dome light doesn't "dim" when you are having this problem....not a battery problem. Take your key all the way out and reinsert it for second try. Wonderful age were living in, everything controlled by computors......Hmmmm.

Same issue three times now on my 11. One mid summer where putting in neutral worked. Now last night and this am for about 7 tries just a half crank then it finally kept cranking until it ran. Didn't try neutral these times.
You ever find the culprit?
