I just had the 5100s put on my ram, Just wanting to see what kind of tires people are putting on them. I was hoping to fit some 35s without rubbing but I'm not sure, might just go with 295/65/20 trail grapplers.

What height did you set them at? And what wheels do you plan on running?

As an update I can't believe how much improved the ride quality is with the Bilsteins'.
So much I ordered a set for the rear, hopefully they'll be here in the next couple days.
Regarding the question as to how the shocks lift the truck it's pretty simple once you see them but it raises the lower spring cup position and that moves the body upwards without changing the A-arm and other components a huge amount, still changes them but not to the point that it is hard on them. There is a good vid out there on Youtube, just search Bilstein 5100, their website also has a nice download on them.

Glad you like them. I was in the same boat a while back. I looked at all the different level options and was going to do spacers but then decided last minute to go the Bilstein route given the sheer number of satisfied owners were on here and that some of them were people I know and respect, I decided to go w the Bilsteins and couldn't be happier w them. That's why I recommended them to you.
