I called uConnect system support (1-877-855-8400) for a problem and I was told they have strict instructions not to talk to Canadians (they ask for your VIN first and then they know where you are located). Anybody know why? Most likely the Canadian dealerships didn't negotiate a contract for uconnect tech assistance so they literally will not offer a word of advice even. They refer all questions from the Great White North to Chrysler Canada (who know nothing about the Uconnect systems).

My VIN doesn't show up when I check for uconnect updates, so I called them. She asked for my address, all good, she just couldn't help me with my problem. Very polite, she seemed honest in trying to solve my issue.
