Not sure on the brand. I just ordered it off ebay. Really how bad is it going to hurt my performance? I didn't think it would hurt it at all.

Well, your not going to be getting "clean air" like you would from your stock system. It's going to be sucking in 140 plus degree air. I'm thinking you're gonna loose some HP and 1 or 2 mpg.

First off, beautiful truck. Congrats on the new ride!

Second, yeah I agree with Roger. That intake looks cool but I can guarantee you that it is hurting your performance. It may not hurt it enough for you to notice from behind the wheel but it is hurting it. The stock Ram airbox and intake assembly is actually pretty efficient as far as stock systems go. Not to mention, if that intake is a cheapo no-name, there's no telling what kind of filters those are or how much filtering they are actually doing. I would either put it back to stock or spend the money to get a reputable name brand CAI like an S&B or something similar. It's gonna run you $200-300. If you don't want to spend that much, I would simply put it back to stock.

Been working on the truck and wanted to show what I have done so far.First put a flowmaster 40-Series muffler with 2 pipes out the back, bull bar with lights, put the 4x4 decals on the side of the box and I pick up a set of 2013 Dodge Ram Sport rims for a good deal. There not the best pics.

Great looking ride, my second favorite colour is the mango. I see that the mod bug has hit you hard, that's what happens when you get on the forum...LOL
Congrats once again on the new ride and like everyone else stated you should consider getting another CAI..I would recommend that you have a look at the Vararam, I believe that it has the badass look you want and excellent performance as well.
