Hi im new to the ram formz and i was wondering whats the difference between and body lift 3in and a suspension lift and which one is better for minimal off roading and better for daily driving

a body lift will just take the cab and bed and put a 3 inch spacer in between them to make it look like its lifted but will no change any of your factory ride or suspension. where a suspension lift actually lifts all of you truck the same amount so the entire thing is lifted. the big difference will be price and look. with a body lift you will tend to see the awkward gaps in between the body and the frame a lot more and run the risk of looking slightly cheesy with lifting it that much. IMO if you can afford the suspension lift it is well worth the money
