Default What size sockets

Anybody know specifically what sized sockets are needed for a 5100 install? I bought a through-socket set and have regular sockets. But to be safe I 'd like to know what socket sizes I'll be using on my 2013 express. Thanks in advance guys!

There's going to be a number of different ones you need. I believe the lower strut bolts are either 18mm or 21mm (maybe one of each). The upper ones are 14mm I believe and I think the retaining bolt is 14mm as well. The Bilstein nut is slightly larger. Either 15mm or 16mm. Then there's going to be a few wrenches you'll need as well to get the sway bar links off. Again, I don't remember the exact numbers but one is 7mm or 8mm, probably a 10mm on there. 13mm is very typical as well so make sure you have one of those.

if you do the rears, the upper is 22mm but i used a 13/16 thin wall sparkplug socket that made it a whole lot easier, i replaced the factory nuts with washer, lockwasher and nut and just zapped them tight with impact. Also cut hole in fender liner with 23/8 holesaw covered back with 600mph alum tape and painted blk
