Click on the setting icon on your display (lower right hand corner), then use the arrow down key until you get to "System Information", press on that and you will see your software version.

I am new to the forum as well. My entire head unit (RA4) on my 2013 Sport has locked up. Going to attempt the update and hope this fixes the issue as ive been without sound for 4 days now.

Welcome to the forums!

If your RA4 is still locked up there is a hard reset procedure you can try. From memory I think you have to hold in both the driver's side temp buttons (temp up and temp down) and it will allow you to enter a diagnostic mode in which you can force a reset.
I'm sure someone can correct me if it is a different button sequence.

Thanks Edge, Couldnt get the reset to work or the update on the USB drive as it gives you yes and no options on screen. Unfortunately i cannot select yes or no as the touchscreen isnt responding, and the Enter button on the knob is worthless as well. Off to the dealer i go.

UConnect says theres a RRT or some 3 letter word flash that needs to be done at the dealer..

I cant remember what the buttons actually say on them, but its the two "knobs" press both the buttons on the knowbs at the same time and hold until everythign goes black then let go. that reboots the radio.

Tried downloading the file from U Connect. Had to use my Mac because it wouldn't load on my PC. I got it loaded on a CD but before transferring it to the USB, I didn't open (unzip) (extract) the file. Ended up at the dealership and they loaded it for me.
