Default tuner suggestions

Hey guys. I'm about to buy a tuner with my income taxes. I don't really know which one I need but I kinda like the sound of the bully dog gt but I'm not sure. So any help will be appreciated.

I'm running the Diablosport Trinity... great little programmer. So far I've only run the canned tunes, but I have noticed the driveabilty of my truck greatly improved. I don't know much about Bully Dog tuners, but I've heard that they can't do custom tuning. This is the reason I went with the Trinity. The ability to custom tune for each mod you add to the truck is worth the extra $ IMO. You also get real time engine monitoring and data logging, a trouble code scanner and a virtual drag tree for testing 0-60 times etc. Just my 2 cents!

I think you should base the tuner off of what you plan to do with the truck. I went with Diablo since it has custom tuning capabilities. Diablo is the only tuner with that option. If you just want canned tunes I believe for the 3rd gens that the Superchips canned tunes are the best.
