I'm assuming you have a leveling kit? What tire are you planning to run? Some of them measure wider than others. Typically you can run a 12.5 wide tire with a +12mm offset but it's really tight.

The Nitto Trail Grapplers actually measure 13.5" wide when mounted, they are the widest out of all 35x12.5 tires. For that reason I'm going to recommend getting a 0 offset if you can rather than a +12. I think you'll end up rubbing with a +12.

Hey Welcome to the 'Z'. Here you will be able to find everything you are looking for. Great people here to help answer any questions you have about your truck, any ideas you have for Mods, and also put awesome Mod ideas into your head. Glad to have you with us and I hope you enjoy your time here as much as I have. Any questions you have feel free to send me a message and I will try my best to help. I am running 35/12.50/17 Toyo open country M/t's which are very similar tires. I have -12 offset and bilstien adjustable struts in the front put at 2". I only required very minor trimming at the bottom of the wheel well plastic. Brandonjansen seems like he has the right answer for you.. 17" rim and 18" rim may require different offsets.
-Canadian Hemi Pride.
