ediram will become famous soon enough

wow you guys are a tough crowd, guess i should have given more detail.

the dealership had the truck for two weeks and at this point i'd had it 4 days, in addition to having to wait for new door panels the dealership had to pull all the fender flairs and have them repainted because some crap solvent based tire dressing slung off and etched the white flairs. oh yes, they tried everything to get the stain / etching off the flairs but nothing would touch them. I noticed this 30 seconds after getting the truck home.

BTW the dealership was 1 hr away, one way so taking several hours out of my day dealing with this BS wasn't something I signed up for. The reason i went there was because they had the Hemi with the 8 speed and gave me $5K more for my trade then the local guys. I've owned this truck in the past with few issues and figured the local's could deal with the warranty work. The local dealer wasn't going to repaint the flares for me.

So yes I was pissed and wanted some bloody compensation for the BS of dealing with getting my interior ripped apart and replaced and the exterior getting messed with and parts repainted, on a truck I had for 96 hr's.

I wanted the free pen so i could write both the dealership and Chrysler and tell them what knobs they are...maybe just so i feel better.
