Default Right rear tire wear?

Ive got a 2008 Ram 1500 4x4 and am finding the right rear tire to wear a fair bit faster than the rest. It does have the limited slip in it and you can hear the tire scuffing when doing hard slow right hand turns. Is this normal in these trucks?

It does work great for traction in the slippery stuff.

Thanks

Try an alignment and double checking the tire pressure… where on the tire is it wearing down faster (edges, middle, etc)?

hard to say without actually feeling the tread myself. a picture might do us a little bit of help if it's a visually obvious tread wear.

The wear is more in the middle but they aren't overinflated. I will try and get a picture tomorrow .

It sounds to me like the frame or alignment is out a bit… has it been in any accidents? Oh, and are you 100% sure it's got LSD?

Its never been in any accidents and its got 75000KM. It will lock both tires up pretty quick when you get on it. It also says it on the window sticker when I got it. All the tires are wearing evenly but this one is wearing out quicker but its got an even wear pattern.

The right rear tire will always wear the fastest on a rear wheel drive vehicle. Because of how the drivetrain torques over under load more force gets put on that tire. One more reason to rotate your tires as part of your maintenance routine.
