Default Vehicle Safety Certification Labels

Hi everyone....does anyone know if Dodge can replace the vehicle saftey certification label that is located on the driver's side door jamb? When my 03 Ram was damaged by a drunk driver, the repair facility ripped off my label when they repainted. Of course my dumb ass didn't realize it for a while afterwards. I called the repair facility and they told me they couldn't get one. Anyway...does anyone know if Dodge or whoever can reproduce one for you based on your VIN? Is this info possibly stored in a database somewhere? Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys

My initial response would be for you to contact your dealer and pose this question to them. If that leads to a dead end, then perhaps contact Chrysler directly? As I understand it, that label is referred to and utilized by mechanics and dealers frequently so I would assume it can be replaced should it become damaged or removed.
