Default Speedometer Error.

I recently went from a tire size of 265/75 up to 305/70, but now my speedometer is off by about 14 mph.
Is there any way to fix this, or do I just need to learn to live with it.
I read something about reprogramming the ECM or something.
Thanks

There are programmers out there that have the ability to recalabrate the speedometer, but be ready to pay out a little bit of money for those maybe around 300-400 bucks. Also a shop may have the ability to do it for you.
