The kit they quoted had a level up front and a small spacer in the back....don't recall the amount, but it was small. I thought Bilsteins at 2.8 would do it.

They also said I had to go with a 20x10 rim with a -12 offset to fit that tire. I was hoping to do the 20x9 with a 1 offset so that it doesn't stick out quite as far....would the 20x9 rub?
I wouldn't go with a 325/60/20 on a leveled truck. You'll definitely have rubbing problems. Especially on a 20x10 -12 offset wheel. A 20x9 0 offset will give you the smallest chance of rubbing. To run a 295/60/20 (about 34.4" tall) you'll need at least a 2" level. To fit a 35x12.5 you'll want a 2.5" level. You can find tons of info in the Guide to Leveling & Wheel and Tire Sizing linked in my signature.

You don't need to lift the back at all to fit a 35" tall tire.

Your rear does not have to be lifted to fit those tires. The front will certainly as it will run when turning without the height.

As for 20x10 -12, you will rub and will have to modify slightly to fit without rubbing.
20x9, 0/1 offset will work better or even a -12 on a 9" wide.
But the 0/1 offset will be fine and rub the least and more than likely will not rub at all.

I have 2011 Dodge Ram CC Sport 4x4 with the 20" Chrome Clad wheels, I have BFG 285/55/20 tires on them and am looking at getting some new rims. The rims I want are 20"x9", 5 spoke, 5 lug, 139.7mm Bolt Pattern, 19.05mm offset, alloy refinished.
First of all will these rims fit my truck and will my tires fit on these rims.

Yes those are essentially the exact same specs as your stock wheels so they'll fit no problem.

What size Toyo's? Can't tell you much without knowing that.

Nope, you won't clear those with a +18 offset wheel. You'll need 1/4" spacers to make that setup work if you already ordered them.

If you want to run a 35x12.5 a 20x9 0 offset is typically the minimum you want to go with. You could go with a -12 offset if you want them to stick out a little further. If you want a deeper lip wheel step up to a 20x10 -12 or -24 offset wheel.
