Default noise in engine

I have a 2006 dodge ram 1500 4.7 it has 89000 miles on it ,bought it in feb,2013,nice ride sounded great ,I put about 1800 miles on it ,I now have a loud taping noise coming from the engine ,I took the belt off to see if it could be a pully or alt or powersteering the noise was still there once it warmed up it went away, I was told that the followers were bad so I changed them all when done, started it up there was no noise, I thought great ,3 days later the noise came back only louder almost like shaking a bag of marbles, but itgoes away after about 1min, what could it be.

What are these "followers" you speak of?

I would suspect a lifter because once you get a little heat in to the oil, the oil will lube up the lifters a little better. When's the last time you changed your oil and what type/brand did you put in it?
