Default stalling and no start issue 2001 Dodge 3/4

Hello:
I am having problems with a 2001 Dodge 3/4 ton 4x4 with the 5.9 gas. The issue I am having is problems with it not starting and when I do get it started it will shut down at idle and not restart. The cluster will show idiot lights, but i do not have power to the remaining gauges including power to the fuel pump. It will turn over, but it will not start. I flashed the PCM and have also checked for loose connections etc. I first thought it was fuel pump related, but have good pressure at ignition and after start up, relay checks fine. I have had the "No Bus" code come up on the odometer, but most of the time I have nothing with any code. Once it is running and on the road it runs fine, but if I let it idle for a period of time it will die and will not restart. I have been checking wires from the ignition and also checking the wires on the plugs running to the PCM. I have checked many other areas as well, but do not want to write a book.
The local Chrysler dealer felt it may be the cluster, but not sure as I do not always get the "No Bus" and they have no way of checking it without this condition. Any help or ideas with this would be great.

The soldered contacts at the instrument cluster may be the problem. I'd personally start by removing the cluster and check it for stress cracks in the soldered joints where the plug goes in.
