The FCM sends a gnd signal to the parking lamp relay, though the ICM circuit board (fuse box). Losing all your parking lights all at once is a tell tale sign of the fuse box circuit board corrosion issue. You can check your relay, but my $ is on a failed circuit board. There is a video on youtube, check out DR IPM REPAIR there. I also saw someone wire wrap from the FCM pin to the relay leg as a temp fix... that is on youtube as well.
Here is a picture of mine, I pulled the box and separated the board. The manufacture did not completely coat the board, you can see where the thick line ends... and then you see that big spot where my trace is all eaten away :-(
Its pretty much an epidemic problem, that dodge of course doesn't admit there is a problem. Replacement is expensive, there are two models.... mine happened to be the more expensive one at $675 locally, about $450 online plus shipping.
