Default Random misfire #3 #6 #8

I just purchased a 1997 Dodge ram 1500 knowing it had an engine problem. The truck has a pretty bad misfire and loss of power. When I purchased it it felt as if it maybe only had one dead cylinder, but after getting the DTC codes it seems that its more complex. Ive ran a compression test, and all cylinders range between 140 -165 PSI except #3 is around 130 PSI range. Ive replaced both Oxygen censors, IAC valve, CPS sensor, and replace the fuel injectors for the 3 cylinders with the misfire. The truck idles a little better after all this, but still has the problem. Under load it shakes, and even at idle you can hear a crackle once in a while from the exhaust. There is a very rich fuel smell from the exhaust, it stinks up the whole house in back. And I havent driven it much, other then testing, but im guessing there is heavy oil consumption, because it was low, and you can see a little blue smoke when revving. Just wondering if just the plenum gasket could cause all of this, or if maybe I have some bad heads also.

Ive read that the head castings for this engine were on the thin side, and they are prone to cracking in the combustion chambers. Is there a cast iron replacement with the problem corrected?

Pulled the intake today, definitely bad plenum gasket, oil pooling in ther when I removed it. Intake bolts seemed loose also, and the intake lifted of very easy, I expected it to be sealed, or stuck.
