Yes. I've been using the Superchips 3815 since mid-2009 in my truck. Ran the 87 tune for about a year, then went to the 91 tune and haven't looked back. Currently using the towing tune, but run the 91 performance tune most of the time. I didn't vote as the Superchips is the only tuner I've used.
That said, it's been a great gizmo. Another 20hp under the right foot is nice. The truck was more responsive with the 87 tune, but with the 91 it's more fun. The SC makes the tranny work better as well as the engine, as it cuts down on how much torque management the PCM uses. I'm using the towing tune (91 octane also) right now because I'm told it's a little better for city driving.
Haven't had any SC to truck connection troubles.

If you can find a set of High Output (HO) cams, those are a good choice. Hard to find now as MOPAR stopped production. I've heard the 08+ 4.7L cams are a good option now, but I've not tried that. A third option is getting some of the OEM cams reground to match the HO or 206 profile...
