Just picked up my ram from diablosport this morning. They used my truck to finalize the tune. Definitely feel the difference in just 87 tune. Once they get the intune available, I will try the 93. They were great there and great guys!

My Trinity has been sitting on a shelf since June, when I sold my 2010.
I plan on installing Headers and a Catback when I get home... debating on slapping the Trinity on too... or running just the Headers and Catback for a week, then doing the Trinity.

2 things...1 what is the difference between t-1000 and the intune? whats the pros and cons of them both? and 2 is it compatable with the 8spd? does it really increase mpg that much? oh and who has the best price on it?

They are the exact same thing inside, and do the exact same thing, but the Trinity gives you the option to keep the unit hooked up to the OBD2 port to monitor on screen gauges. The InTune is just used to flash the tune and then you can remove it from the truck.

My decision was for the InTune because HemiFever is offering 5% off through Sunday on it, which bought the price down to $464 WITH custom tuning. The Trinity is $599. I also couldn't get myself to justify spending the extra $135 on the stand alone fact of additional gauges. It attracts unneeded attention, I don't wanna have to worry about unhooking it when I park my truck, and frankly, I think the Trinity is kinda bulky, ugly, and doesn't look right on the dash of a $40K truck. Id rather flash the ECU, then store the InTune safe at home. The $135 a save can go towards my next mod:smile up:

Both units ARE compatible with the 8 Speed. I talked with Sean (HemiFever) today. He will have 6 speed tunes written ASAP, 8 speeds will take a little more time, but I'm sure it will be prompt. You can still order the tuner and get the "canned" tunes installed, because you'll have to do that anyway before HemiFever can send you your custom tune.

As for gas milage, most people say the same thing. If you can keep your foot off the pedal with all the increased power you could see a 1-3 mpg increase. Apparently it's hard to stay outta the throttle though:smile up:

Get it through whoever you want (hopefully a forum sponsor). Hemifever AND Moe's are both running the same deal right now on the InTune. Roughly $464 shipped, and that includes a HemiFever custom tune.
