Default Can I stick my tube in this hole?

For draining my Bakflip tonneau cover!

I've seen some how-tos saying to drill thru spot #3 (in attached pic)

I'd hate to have to drill...can I route the hose thru hole #1? Will that drain water out of the bed?

Thanks all...

squirt some water into it, I believe that you could even shove your fingers into the void from below the bottom of the bed
you could shine a light into the hole & have someone look from below the bed

Hole #1 would empty the hose between the sheet metal of the bed. If you stuck enough hose into that hole it will come out below the bed and between the sheet metal sides of the bid. There is about a three inch space the two pieces of sheet metal that make up the bed.

I put removed the plug in hole 2 and put my hoses in there. Works fine and looks fine, I don't even notice them there anymore.

The plug in hole 2 is plastic (at least mine was) so I just drilled through that. By drilling the right size hole the tube will fit better than just pulling the plug out and eliminate dust and water from getting in.
