Default Huge difference in price for same year

So, I've been looking at trucks to buy and found a beautiful 1995 Cummins. Anyway, looking at others, I saw another '95 Cummins for a LOT more. One is going for $3,400 and the other for $15,500.

I was just wondering if there would be a reason for such a huge difference and price. Is the $15,500 one just way overpriced? Just thought it was strange to see that.

For comparison: http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/cto/4178229628.html

I wish I was home right now. I know the chances of the one I want still being there in a month is low. Oh well.

Yes, people think that Cummins trucks are worth gold and ask way too much. Then some idiot buys one for that price driving up the market.

I'd jump on that one for $3400. I'm looking for a nice 12v or 24v myself.

Unfortunately, the $3400 one was a scam. I didn't realize it until I got a reply from the "seller."
