The +10 offset is the only option you have. The other two are larger positive offsets which bring the wheel in closer to the suspension. You won't be able to clear the 305 tire with the +15 or +20

Ok...That explains how the offset actually factor in to this then. I'm starting to think that a 285 may be better than the 305 since it would be 20mm thinner affording me 3/4" or so of additional clearance.

You'll be okay running the 305 with the +10 offset but it will be fairly tight. Keep in mind the lower the offset the further the wheels stick out as well. The stock wheels on these trucks are 20x9 +19 offset. So the ones that you're looking at (22x9.5 +10 offset) will stick out about half an inch further plus the increased width of the tire. So your tire will be out about 1" further than stock.
