I don't know how you'd do that, the baffles you're talking about, are at least 3" inside the welded outer case.
It's not a motorcycle muffler

Hi Hornet,

You use an drill extension with a metal hole saw, as mentioned in my first post.
I have 2 12" extensions. BTW look at the muffler on a Sprint and you will see that it is about 18" to 24" long.

Have you looked at the factory muffler close.
Do a search,we cut Audio1oders stock muffler open.
If you mean Sport where you say Sprint,Audio's muffler is off a Sport
I think trying to drill through the pipe into the baffle is gonna cost you more in tools then a cheap muffler will.
The back baffle is inside the muffler a fair ways, and leads to a dead air resonant chamber space at the back of the muffler

That makes sense, particularly during short drives in cool to cold weather where the muffler and pipes are cold, the water vapor in the exhaust condense on the cold pipes and settles at the lowest point, typically that is the muffler.

So, if you use your vehicle mostly for short duration trips and have no weep hole in your muffler then you run the risk of accelerating corrosion of the muffler.

The weep hole solves this problem.
