Default Accessory Plug Complaint

This is about the only thing that I don't like about my new truck. Why didn't they make at least one of the accessory plugs active when the key is not in the ignition? Is there any fix for this? Under warranty so I want to be careful with any mods. Thanks to all.

You can have the Power Outlet (Rear seats) Customer Selectable. You need to move fuse F90/F91 in the POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER (fuse panel). You actually move the fuse (20 AMP Yellow) from position F90 to position F91. The Power Outlet in the Rear Center Console will then become a 12 volt power always outlet. No key needed.

Owners Manual pages 180-183.

Between the manual pages and my post I could not be more clear for understanding the information provided.

obviously people are just too lazy to read their manual or listen to this forum
I downloaded my manual about a month before I got my truck

I don't know if I'm looking at a different manual?? I had the 5th edition downloaded before, and I just went and downloaded the 6th. Pages 180-183 in both talked about the cruise control? The only mention of F90 was on page 677 in a table, and it says:

F90/F91, 20amp Yellow, Power Outlet (Rear seats) Customer Selectable.

In this same area it says the power distribution box is under the hood.

I just pulled up the User Guide, and pages 180-183 show a very similar table to what I saw in the Owners Manual on page 677.

Btw can anyone point me to where I can download the manual for a 2014 Laramie Crew, I just ordered and I would love to do the reading now so I can play with all the toys and set it up when I get it. Ive been looking around a bit but have not found it yet.
