Default headlight and dome light blink

hi guy I have a 2011 dodge ram and I notice yesterday when the wheel spin and the traction light flick off and on my head lights and dome light blink it don't seem to be right , when u put it in 4wd auto and the wheels don't spin the headlight and dome light don't blink what could be the problem . help guys

Perhaps it's a mod for a deaf person and this was an added safety feature since they couldn't hear the ding. Check with the dealership and see if it's a factory flash. Maybe they can unflash the computer or just live it.
