You can crank up your torsion bars up to 2.5" without having much of a problem. You might find that you'll want longer/better shocks afterwards to help smooth out the ride and avoid bottoming out.
Coil spacers won't help you, you don't have coils....

Just get an alignment afterwards... that gets rid of those issues.
