Default issue not resolved

ok i thought the problem was corrected with the overheating issue but it continues, I brought the truck in twice to two different mechanics, the issue is it seems air is somehow entering the system, I had the system pressure check they stated no leaks, thermostat change radiator engine and heater core were flushed. The coolant loss appears to be exiting because the radiator cap keeps over pressurizing and opening causing the coolant to escape, changed the radiator cap problem keeps happening anyone else experiencing this problem

I have replaced the heater core brand new, thermostat, water pump, blend doors and actuators, burped the cooling system. I am running about 130 degrees on passenger side and around 100 degrees on drivers side at the vents. Its noticably different. I still have no idea how to have the tempurature evenly come out of the dash vents. This has been a headache since i bought the truck. Any suggestions please let me know considering its -10 degrees outside. Thanks
