Default Hypertech Interceptor issue

Hey guys, just wanted to share some experiences, I bought a Hypertech Interceptor mid July, the thing is phenomenal! I've had no issues until this past week, I start my truck 5 minutes ahead due to the cold weather, I go outside after that & my truck is high idling which is strange, it usually kicks down to a soft idle, I get in & check engine light is on along with a message that my throttle sensor is bad! I go to give it gas & the pedal does nothing, dead! All I need is to be late for work & it's 20 degrees out, I unplug the harnesses & plug back the factory wires, now I work 100%. I call Hypertech after work & first thing the guy say's to me, "I find it hard to believe it went bad overnight", I said guess again, he asks me if I plugged it back in, I said it's 20 degrees out I'm not crawling around under my hood, he said just plug in the gas pedal, so I hang up & go out & do so with dead gas pedal again! Call back talk to another tech, he said plug in the engine harness, nice if the last guy would have asked so I hang up, go out and do this, that works, call again, guy #3, luckily he switched me back to the previous tech, bottom line throttle sensor no good, now they want me to ship them the old part & pay $25 shipping & handling for the new one! Not this guy, they should for the $365 I spent for this send out a new one no charge, so I packaged it up, included a pre paid envelope for return shipping, I will never buy from these people again, also when I questioned the man he got sarcastic with me, well it cost me $14.50 both ways with tracking and insurance from New Jersey to Tennessee, scammers! Pity that I love the system otherwise but the warranty has a lot to be desired.
