Are these numbers hand calculated? I find the EVIC to be off quite a bit in my 2013 Sport w/3.55 (kind of disappointing actually, former corvette and wife's town & country were spot on).

Default MPG with 3.21 gears

ya, I think mine is off as well. I using twice the fuel of a 20 mpg avg vehicle.
says I'm getting 14.5 avg but if I'm using twice the fuel then my last vehicle at 20 avg , I assume I'm getting more like 10 mpg.
BS.

My truck is new, I have not broken the one thousand mile marker yet. Cold weather, new truck, Hemi, 3.21 gears, 8 speed and I am averaging 16 mpg hand calculated in highway - city mix.

I got 21.7mpg last week in my longhorn + 8speed + air ride. This was actual calculations after filling up again. The EVIC said 21.9ppg. This was over about 150 miles.

Default Horrible mpg!!!!!

I have a 2010 dodge ram 1500 w/ 35" M/T tires and my truck gets horrible gas mileage. I drive mostly city-short commutes to work and get 8.2 mpg through a full tank of gas. I hardly ever get on it and keep it a goal to try and keep the “eco” light on. I burned through half a tank of gas down the freeway yesterday and got 13mpg. Now I bought the truck with 325/65/18 tires (about 34.6” X 13” wide) and a leveling kit so I know the mileage should be 2 gpm worse or so but does this sound right?? I just put 24” magnaflow duals on it and Im saving up for a CAI. It has the stock 3.55 gears in it. Im wondering if I would see a few mpg’s better going to 4.10 gears? I know its a truck and can see getting 11 or 12 mpg city but don't know how much longer I can do 8 mpg!

The width and tread pattern of your tires along with short city trips is what is killing your MPG. Those tires are about 20% wider than stock so they have much more rolling resistance. 4.10s may help your mileage butI wouldn't expect more than 13 MPG if that.
