Default Wheel and tire size recommendation for 2013 Ram 2500?

I have a 2013 Ram 2500 with the 6.7 Cummins and I currently have 265/65/17 off brand almost passenger tires and want to upgrade! What is the largest I can go (both wheel and tire size) without lifting or leveling? I don't really know if a leveling kit will void my warranty? ( please give me a break I very new to having a new truck my whole life I have bought used and made it how I want! ) I really cant find any pictures of different size tire and wheel combos even for an idea of which way to go. I'd like bigger wheels but not obnoxious and definitely want bigger tires! I have a 1992 jeep yj with a 4BT cummins, 1 ton axles, NV3500 tranny, and 35" swampers. In other words I like big toys just cant afford to go to big right now seeing as a down payment for a truck just left a whole in my bank account! Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!

First off a leveling kit won't void your warranty so you don't have to worry about that.

You can run up to 35's on a stock 2500 however you will most likely rub on the control arms. What size wheels and tires are you hoping to run? You're leaving this pretty open. Everyone has different ideas on what wheels and tires they think look good so what exactly is your opinion? You can run 17's, 18's, 20's, 22's. Then obviously the tires to suit..... The offset of your rims will partially determine what tires you can run.

Honestly you should check out some of the threads on CumminsForum. They have a lot more threads on wheel/tire set ups for 2500/3500's. You'll be able to gather a lot more information about what you want by looking there.

I would like to run 18" wheels and probably do a leveling kit then. could I fit 33" tires?

If you do a leveling kit you'll clear 35's no problem. You just need to get the correct width and offset in whatever wheels you get. IMO 33's will look too small on a leveled 2500.

I am running 285/75/17 BFG all terrain on my stock 2500 wheels. The tire is 33" tall and made my speedometer correct.

As I said above, you can fit 35's at stock height. You technically don't even need a leveling kit but it would definitely help... plus it makes the truck look better.

There are tons of options to level a 2500. You could look at the cheaper options and just go with 2" spacers and leave the rest alone. Or you can go with 2.5" lift springs, new shocks, and an adjustable track bar. There's tons of combinations..... The better way to do it will cost you more money obviously.

You don't need any crazy offset. You should be able to run a full 35x12.5 on an 18x9 +12 offset rim.

I also run LT285/75R17 Nitto Terra Grappler tires on my 2011 2500 with stock suspension, there are pics in the classified section as it is currently listed for sale.

How bad would 35" tires rub? Would wheel spacers make it not rub?

If you get a rim with the proper offset they won't rub at all....
