Default Ram "Off Road" edition

Can someone here do me a "solid" and measure their 99-00 "Off-Road" at the top of the wheel-well/fender for me? Thats all the lift I want on mine. That is the perfect stance for my truck. Thanks.

Hey Lazurus, I took this measurement after putting in 2.5" Hell Bent Steel spacers up front.

~43" to the wheel well from the ground. Yes, straight line through the wheel hub.

So that would make it ~41.5" without. However, I can't remember if I was on 315/17 tires or 33" tires as this was early Oct 2011. I can check back if you like.

Hope that helps and I did already sell my ORE coil springs.

Thanks for the help! And after comparing your measurements to mine, I found that all 4 corners were different. It looks like I have a cracked leaf in the left-rear. Down about 1-1/4". So that ruined any measurement in the front. To make matters worse, I measured the front tires, (P265/75/R16) from ground to axle-center, and got a 5/8" difference! BFG T/A Radials, same normal tread wear, same psi (45). Drove the truck around for a while to compensate for any "flat-spot" issues. Same measurement again!
I need to sort-out the rear-leaf issue first. Thinking I may just go with some new 2" lift springs on the front. The rear? Not so sure what to do. The ride is fantastic! I"d hate to stiffen it up with a helper spring. Any opinions?

If you have stock suspension, then you should be getting taller numbers for the rear compared to the front. Roughly 1-2". At tire pressure of 45 psi, I'd be really surprised if you actually do get any flat spots.

Definitely get the rear leaf replaced, but what kind of budget might you be thinking? If you like how it rides then don't change it. I get the feeling you want to level it out though?
